Megan Thee Stallion spoke with Gayle King on and detailed her version of what happened on the night she was allegedly shot by Tory Lanez.
During her first on-camera interview since the 2020 shooting, the H-Town hottie also shared Tory Lanez offered her and her ex-best friend Kelsey Nicole one million dollars to keep quiet. Fast forward to now, her friend Jonathan Wright, supported her claims in a recent interview.
While talking with the ladies of Beyond The Chair, the celebrity hairstylist stated he was still good friends with Megan despite rumors that the two had a fall out. When asked how he supported his friend when she was shot in 2020, Wright said that he wanted to fight Tory.
Speaking on their friendship: “We ain’t never ended our friendship. A lot of people think we fell out but we’re real friends.”
As far as finding out Tory was accused of being shot by Tory, he stated” “ I wanted to go beat Tory a**.” If he run up, it’s done up.”
Telling the same story Meg told Gayle, Jonathan stated he was DM’d by Tory and knew he was trying to pay off Megan.
One of the hosts asked, “Did you know he tried to pay her off? He responded, “Yeah! He DM’d me. He went the wrong way.”
