A video of the tomb of deceased Asante Kotoko supporter, Nana Pooley has emerged online ahead of his final funeral rites.
The video shows that the dedicated fan who was stabbed to death on February 2, 2025 during a league match between Nsoatreman and Kotoko will be hurried in his hometown Kukuom, Bono Region.
Pooley, a well-known figure whose passing left many in mourning, will be laid to rest on March 6 at the Kumasi Heroes Park.
Friends, family, and admirers are expected to gather in Kumasi to pay their last respects to Pooley, who was the face of Kotoko fans in recent years before his tragic death.
His death has triggered the introduction of strict security measures in the Ghana Premier League.
Kotoko are set to hold a minute silence for Pooley during their game against Legon Cities, which is their first match since Pooley’s passing.
