Peace FM’s ‘Krokrokoo’ morning show host and well-known radio broadcaster Kwame Sefa Kayi has addressed reports that he had quit the station. Since he hadn’t been on the air since the 2024 elections, there have been rumors in recent weeks that he had quit his job at Peace FM. He has since come out to refute these allegations, though.
Kwame Sefa Kayi clarified that the rumors of his resignation are untrue during an appearance on Peace FM on Monday, February 3, 2025. He promised his audience that he hasn’t quit and will be back soon to host his well-liked morning show. He claims that although he has been off the air for personal reasons, he is still dedicated to his job at Peace FM.
He added that he has a number of crucial talks scheduled and is getting ready to return to his job. He plans to discuss a number of important subjects on Krokrokoo, such as the recent nominations of ministers and the screening procedure. Many of his supporters who were worried about his disappearance have been relieved by his reaction.
One of Ghana’s most well-known journalists and radio hosts is Kwame Sefa Kayi. He has a long history in the media and is renowned for having a thorough awareness of social and political concerns. Before joining Peace FM, where he became the host of Krokrokoo, one of Ghana’s most significant morning shows, he began his broadcasting career at Radio Gold.
Krokrokoo is a must-listen program for Ghanaians because of the numerous prominent politicians, corporate executives, and public people he has interviewed throughout the years. The Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Award for Best Radio Morning Show Host is one of the many honors he has received for his efforts.
