Aviance Ghana to leverage technology to enhance operations  

Accra, Dec. 3, GNA -Mr Mark Kamis, Managing Director of Aviance Ghana Limited says the Company is leveraging technology to enhance their services. 

He said technology like Artificial Intelligence would also help customers have easier interactions and services.  

He was speaking at the launch of the celebration of Aviance’s 30 years service in Accra.

The Anniversary which was launched at the Kotoka International Airport saw stakeholders and companies in the aviation industry pledging to work hand-in-hand to improve the aviation sector 
He said the company was poised to become the most popular in aviation history in coming years. 

Mr Kamis said, the ground handling industry was booming, looking at other airlines such as Virgin Atlantic entering the market next year, indicating growth in Ghana. 

He said Aviance’s 30 years was a milestone despot the hurdles faced by the company, commending staff and management for their efforts. 

“I am confident Aviance will survive amid economic woes,” he added. 

He said aviation was all about customer service, safety and prices, since it entails human interactions, “prices are important as aviation can be very volatile,”, he said. 

He, therefore urged stakeholder in the aviation industry to be agile to move with the market. 
He said Aviance had license in Kumasi and Tamale airports to ensure the accessibility of all Ghanaians. 

He said Aviance would be handing the Kumasi – Garrick airlines as well as domestic and military private jets. 

The Managing Director said as part of the Anniversary, the company outlined some activities during the celebration which included, an awards night, quiz, excursion, sports and aviation uniform say.
