During a service today, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, former President John Dramani Mahama, surprised the audience at Prophet Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah’s church by bringing unexpected excitement. The members cheered and yelled in delight at his comments.
Mahama visited the well-known church. As part of his campaign, Mahama has been actively interacting with communities throughout Ghana. He gave a moving speech to the church that struck a deep chord with everyone in attendance.
Mahama stated during his speech, “The rain that began as soon as we arrived is one indication that we have arrived at God’s house. Where it is originating from is unknown to us. This demonstrates the church’s blessings. This demonstrates that after we attended this church, God sealed the NDC’s victory. Thus, I want to express my gratitude to everyone.
The members were moved by his remarks regarding the unexpected downpour, and many interpreted it as a sign of divine favor. The former president continued by praising Prophet Adom Kyei-Duah’s distinctive style of ministry.
One aspect of God’s Servant Adom Kyei-Duah that I most admire is that, in contrast to other churches, which take money from their members, Adom Kyei-Duah’s church provides money to its members. “May God bless Adom Kyei-Duah so that he can multiply his money wherever he gets it,” Mahama continued.
Touched by Mahama’s acknowledgement of the church’s gift and his expressions of gratitude, the audience burst into cheers and clapping. Several members were observed raising their hands in adoration, and some expressed gratitude to God for what they perceived to be a prophetic moment.
His followers have long praised Prophet Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah for his unconventional methods and altruistic deeds. His church’s unique strategy, which emphasizes giving back to its members rather than taking from them, has drawn national notice. In addition to inspiring the churchgoers, Mahama’s visit brought to light the close relationship between faith and political leadership in Ghana. The unanticipated display of happiness and solidarity demonstrated the former president’s capacity to interact with people on a spiritual and emotional level.
