Former Jasikan Circuit Court Judge, Alfred Kwabena Asiedu, who was dismissed over allegations of misconduct, has taken legal action against the Judicial Service, Chief Justice Her Ladyship Justice Gertrude Torkornoo, and the Attorney General. In his legal challenge, he has named the Judicial Service, the Chief Justice, and the Attorney General as respondents.
