According to YEN, In a heartwarming Instagram post, Freezy revealed the baby’s name, Quincy, alongside beautiful images of the newborn and his proud parents. The first few slides featured baby Quincy peacefully asleep, wrapped in a blanket. Other pictures showed Freezy holding the baby in a hospital bed, smiling alongside Helen. A short video of the couple kissing and a shot of Freezy gazing at Quincy added emotional depth to the announcement.

Helen Defrance, who won a bronze medal in sailing at the 2016 Olympics, has since transitioned into a career as a sports nutritionist. Her bond with Freezy has captivated fans, as the two continue to show their love and support for each other.
