Ace Broadcast Journalist Captain Smart has revealed that the government of Akufo-Addo was paying the Keta Port CEO 56,000 cedis a month for a non-existing port.
According to Captain Smart, the sacked CEO of Keta Port was an NPP man in America who helped the party so after he was not appointed to any position they decided to create the Keta Port for him.
