Ghanaian youngster Kwame Poku was an unsung hero in Peterborough United’s league win over Blackpool on Tuesday night.

The home side took the lead early in the game through Malik Mothersille after eight minutes following a pass from Joel Randall.

The two players combined nine minutes later for the second goal, this time, Randall getting on the scoresheet from a Mothersille assist.

On the 28th-minute mark, Poku registered his seventh goal of the season as he scored to make it 3-1, one minute after Blackpool had reduced the deficit.
