The Chief Executive Officer*CEO) of the Minerals Commission, Mr Martin Ayisi, has revealed that former President John Dramani Mahama issued more small-scale mining licenses than the current President, Nana Akufo-Addo.
This revelation has reignited discussions surrounding the management and regulation of the mining sector in Ghana, particularly regarding small-scale operations.
