Business Olympics boosted our sales, enhanced our brand

Unicom Chemist Limited, a key player in the pharmaceutical industry, has credited its participation in last year’s Citi Business Olympics (CBO), organized by Citi FM and Channel One TV, for boosting its sales and enhancing its market leverage.

This success, the company stated, was the driving factor behind its participation in this year’s CBO, held at the Eden Heights Sports Complex in Weija, Accra.

Speaking at the event on Saturday, Samuel Kwame Adzowu, Business Development and Brands Manager emphasized the positive impact the event has had on the company’s brand image and market reach.

“For us as a company, we believe in maintaining a positive brand image, and this event offers us an opportunity to associate with a reputable brand like Citi FM,” Adzowu stated.

He added “This is a networking opportunity. When we participated last year, it gave us some leverage; our sales also went up. So, we felt that if we associate with it again, it is going to give us more mileage, and we will reach a lot more people.”

The Citi Business Olympics, known for fostering camaraderie and healthy competition among corporate entities, has proven to be a valuable platform for Unicom Chemist Limited.

The event not only promotes physical fitness but also provides a unique opportunity for companies to enhance their visibility and connect with potential clients and partners.

The event was powered by Channel One TV and supported by 97.3 Citi FM, with sponsorship from Peeva Beverages, Blue Jeans Energy Drink, Bethel Logistics – Experts in Shipping Logistics, Lozaty Lozenges from Unicom Chemist Limited, and The Luckiest.
