‘You slept with me when I was a minor’ – Schwarzenegger dismisses Kwasi Aboagye’s demand for retraction –

Afia Schwarzenegger has made it clear that she will not be issuing any retraction or apology to broadcaster Kwasi Aboagye.

This stance follows a request from Kwasi Aboagye’s legal team, which sought an apology from Afia for suggesting he is impotent and involved with underage girls.

In her response, Afia maintained her position, asserting that the radio host does pursue underage girls and that her statements were truthful.

Recalling the lawyer’s statement, it acknowledged a past sexual encounter with Afia Schwarzenegger.

The statement included, “Our client indeed regrets his brief encounter with you while unmarried over 20 years ago. But for the avoidance of doubts, he denies your allegations as completely false and malicious.”

In a rebuttal shared on Instagram, Afia Schwarzenegger countered:

“You were intimate with me when I was just a child. You express regret over our encounter from twenty years ago. At that time, I was a minor; did you seek consent from our mothers beforehand?

“My companion, who was even younger than I was at the time, was there when you provided us with Sangia and Vodka. Leave me alone, you fool.”

Background

A formal letter from Kwasi Aboagye’s legal representatives to Afia surfaced, demanding an apology for insinuating that the broadcaster pursues underage girls and suffers from impotence.

Afia Schwarzenegger now faces a seven-day deadline to remove the contentious audiovisual content from the internet, failing which she risks facing a libel lawsuit.

“Our client takes notice that you have repeated outright falsehoods against him over a long period, and are now seeking others, including Mr. Charles Nii Armah Mensah to join you in spreading same.

“Once again, he elects to ignore the bare insults but not the false claims of the criminal court of defiling unnamed minors, imputations of impotence, and infidelity of his partner to hurt his family.

“Your written retraction and apology which must be delivered within 7 days from the date above must be unequivocal, unconditional, and subject to prior approval of our client.

“Our client indeed regrets his brief encounter with you while unmarried over 20 years ago. But for the avoidance of doubts, he denies your allegations as completely false and malicious,” parts of the statement read.
