Ghanaian Musicians Are Wasting Their Monies on Buying Views and Streams- Reggie Rockstone

A few days ago Ghbase.com made a publication where Ghanaian rapper and singer, kwame Yogot accused his fellow musician of buying streams and views.

Kwame Yogot claimed Ghanaian musicians resort to buying views and streams so that their fans and Ghanaians will see that they, the musicians are doing very well in their respective fields.

Well, legendary musician Reggie Rockstone has backed Kwame Yogot’s claims.

Speaking on Property FM, Reginald Yaw Asante Osei aka Reggie Rocksone has said that Ghanaian musicians buy streams and views to deceive Ghanaians.

According to him “The huge number of streams some musicians get are sometimes not genuine because they have streaming farms”.

Reggie Rockstone stated categorically that Ghanaian musicians are throwing money away because they spend a lot of money on streams and views yet get nothing in return.

“The white people are enjoying our money out of the digital streaming platforms they’ve created like Spotify and the rest. They’re really spending our money and they always find a new way to rip so we have a lot of things that we have to look at”, he said.

They Buy Streams And Views- Kwame Yogot Exposes Ghanaian Musicians

Ghanaian rapper and singer, Kwame Yogot has exposed colleague musicians for buying streams and views from social media and streaming platforms.

The musician has said that views and streams on social media and streaming platforms should not be used to measure the success of a song.

According to the “Bibi Besi’ hitmaker in a lengthy social media post, many of the musicians are used to buying views and streams to deceive Ghanaians, hence, these musicians should not be taken seriously.

He questioned Ghanaians if they knew what a hit song was and threw a challenge at Ghanaian musicians to let them go on stage to see who indeed had a hit song.

“Do you guys know hit songs? Let’s all get on stage to perform our hits songs and see for real,” he wrote.
