Ghanaian actor Emmanuel Nii Adom Quaye is back in style after becoming famous for his part as “Strika,” a child soldier, in the hit movie “Beasts of No Nation”.
Strika could be seen singing along to Amerado’s “Kweku Anase” in a video going around social media. She was wearing a black t-shirt and pants.
Strika has been seen working in different jobs on the street before. Government Edward, a praise singer, saw him at Kaneshie in 2019.
He told him that his life was tough before and after the movie. He said that he used to live with his grandma in North Kaneshie and sell yam at Agbogbloshie Market.
He also said that he was still smoking because he was in so much pain. Strika was seen on the streets again in 2021. He said that he never got any help, even though many people had promised to help him.
The latest video got a lot of attention on social media, where people pointed out how “haggard” he looked.
Some people asked him if he had been getting help over the years, and others hoped that he would get the help he needed.
