The Criminal Division of the High Court in Accra has dismissed a contempt application filed by the MP for Assin North, James Gyakye Quayson against the Minister for Trade and Industry, KT Hammond.
This was after the court ruled that the application has no merit.
The application was in response to comments made by KT Hammond against Quayson’s criminal trial they deem contemptuous.
