Ethiopian Airlines has officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with The Taste Of Afrika, organizers of the Cultural Oneness Festival, to be their official airline sponsor in their present and future operations across the world.
As part of the sponsorship packages, Ethiopian Airlines will give 10% off on business and economy class flight fares to all participants departing from Ethiopian Airlines cities to Accra, Ghana to participate in the Cultural Oneness Festival slated for December 6th to 9th 2023 in Tamale, Northern region.
To be a beneficiary of the 10% discount offered by Ethiopian Airlines, a passenger should present a letter of invitation or other document that shows he or she is a participant of the Cultural Oneness Festival and a copy of the letter should be retained at ticket issuing office and be sent to Ethiopian Airlines finance office upon request.
The event, which is being organized by The Taste Of Afrika in partnership with Harlem Tourism Board, African Tourism Board and Ghana Tourism Authority will come off in December to coincide with the Christmas festivities this year.
Dubbed “Cultural Oneness Festival”, it is also aimed at promoting cultural awareness and unity, unique traditions, arts and music, particularly in the northern part of the country.
It offers an option to visitors from the diaspora who intend to come to the country for the Yuletide festivities to savor the rich culture of the people.
