Dr. Cyracus Bapuuroh appointed as acting Judicial Secretary

The Acting Chief Justice, Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, has appointed Dr. Cyracus Badinye Bapuuroh to assume the duties of Judicial Secretary on an interim basis.

The appointment follows the decision of the Judicial Council, at its 291st meeting held on March 26, 2025, to accept the request of HL Cyra Pamela Koranteng to be relieved from her role as Judicial Secretary.

In a memorandum dated April 24, 2025, the Acting Chief Justice directed Dr. Bapuuroh to take up the responsibilities of Judicial Secretary pending the Judicial Council’s decision on a substantive appointment.

“Members of the Judiciary, the Judicial Service of Ghana, and the general public are to take note accordingly,” the memo stated.
