The post suggests that after the NDC came into power, Agya Kwabena allegedly began seeking a government job. He is said to have lobbied Mahama-led government officials, pointing to his support for the NDC on air as a reason for his consideration.

According to the post, he mentioned that he had frequently spoken in favor of the NDC and criticized the NPP during his broadcasts. When his boss, Fadda Dickson, became aware of Agya Kwabena’s actions, it reportedly raised concerns among UTV management. They began to believe the accusations of him being biased and acting as an NDC communicator, leading to his removal from the weekday show and his placement on a Saturday morning slot.
