Three of di women bin previously report Tate to di police but for 2019, di Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decide not to bring criminal charges. Dem now dey seek damages “arising from di assaults, batteries, and infliction of intentional harm”, dia civil claim tok.

Tate deny all di allegations, and argue say di women no fit now take legal action against am becos too much time don pass, and emails, texts, and oda potential evidence go don lost. A preliminary hearing for di case dey due to take place for 15 April.

“I no really mention to am or anytin,” Sienna tell di BBC. “But I distinctly rememba say e dey dia and I bin dey a bit freaked out by am, becos no be sometin you really see for di UK.”

She add say she tink say e go be “a bit strange for a fully grown man to get a toy gun”.

For di court documents anoda claimant, refer to as AA, allege say Tate threaten her wit a gun for her face while swearing, calling imself “a boss” and a “G” and adding: “You go do as I say or dia go be hell to pay.” Tate deny say dis no happun, e write for im defence sya e only start calling imself “Top G” for recent years.

AA say Tate “threaten [her] daily” while she dey work for am in 2015, and describe two alleged incidents wia e “grabd her by her throat and pin her up against di wall, so she dey unable to move”.

Tate also deny AA claim say e threaten her and grab her by di neck.

Anoda claimant, BB, allege say Tate “make am veri clear say she be for am, and if anyone else speak to her, e go kill dem”.

BB written claim describe her say she dey “forced to barricade herself inside di bathroom while di Defendant [Tate] threaten to ‘beat di shit out of’ her”.

Tate deny dis allegation, and describe im relationship wit BB as “loving and affectionate until shortly bifor she stop to dey work for di business”.

All four women say dem develop long-term mental health problems as a result of dia alleged experiences wit Tate.

Lawyer Matt Jury of McCue Jury & Partners, wey dey represent di women, tell di BBC im clients dey “denied of justice by di police and CPS, while watching Andrew Tate influence grow”.

“Dem dey left wit no oda choice but to bring dia case for di High Court to finally bring Tate to account,” e say.

Di women claim against Tate na one of several serious legal challenges around di world wey e dey fight, including some wia e dey co-accused wit im brother Tristan Tate.

Dem dey currently face a mix of criminal and civil legal action for three kontris- di UK, di US and Romania.

For Romania, dem dey face allegations wey include human trafficking, trafficking of minors and money laundering. Andrew Tate also face allegations of rape.

Dem also dey under criminal investigation for di US state of Florida. Andrew Tate say dat di US authorities dey “try to find crimes on an innocent man”.

Andrew Tate ex-girlfriend Brianna Stern also file a lawsuit for Los Angeles last month, to accuse am of sexual assault, battery and gender violence.

Last year, di brothers dey detained for Bucharest afta Bedfordshire Police for di UK say e don obtain an arrest warrant in relation to allegations of rape and trafficking dating back to between 2012 and 2015.
