The Ghana Publishing Company Limited (GPCL) has announced a new Gazette processing system and revised fees for its Gazette publication services.
In a statement issued on April 7, the company explained that the new structure is part of efforts to improve service delivery, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Under the revised system, GPCL has introduced three levels of Gazette processing services: Regular Service, which is processed within three weeks; Premium Service, completed within seventy-two (72) hours; and Premium Plus Service, a newly introduced express option processed within twenty-four (24) hours.
According to GPCL, the different service options are designed to provide clients with greater flexibility and convenience based on their specific time and service needs.
GPCL further called on all stakeholders, including legal practitioners, corporate clients, and the public, to take note of these changes and plan accordingly.
The company also reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining high standards in customer service and efficiency.
