World Vision Ghana, Haven of Love Children’s Foundation sign partnership agreement for greater impact in Bawku West District


As part of its plans to strengthen the capacity of community-based organisations, World Vision Ghana has signed a partnership agreement with the Haven of Love Children’s Foundation.

For Haven of Love Foundation, this makes a significant step to increasing its capacity to provide critical development support to the most vulnerable children, their families, and communities in the Bawku West District.

This milestone signifies World Vision Ghana’s commitment to strengthening local level capacity to reach the most vulnerable children with essential development services that seek to transform their lives.

The Haven of Love Children’s Foundation has proven to be a credible and reliable community-based organisation whose mission is aligned with that of World Vision Ghana. Through this partnership, World Vision Ghana will support the strengthening of the organisation’s human resources capacity to enable them to function effectively.

The MoU aims to:

1. Define Cooperation Framework: Establish guidelines for effective collaboration between Haven of Love Children’s Foundation and World Vision Ghana.

2. Clarify Roles and Responsibilities: Clearly outline the roles, responsibilities, and terms of engagement for both parties.

3. Ensure Transparency: Specify the duration, scope, and conditions of the partnership.

World Vision Ghana is also expected to resource the Haven of Love Children’s Foundation to position it well for a greater impact.

“Together, we will work to improve the lots of the most vulnerable children’s lives and contribute to sustainable community development,” said Rexford Bugre, the Northern Operations Manager of World Vision Ghana.
