Shell unveils new visual identity at Manet service station

Vivo Energy Ghana, the exclusive marketer and distributor of Shell branded products and services, has unveiled a new visual identity at Manet Junction in Accra.

The new visual identity features a redesigned Shell Pecten logo on the canopy with an imposing presence for improved visibility, a slim canopy fascia with a curved edge, and an eco-friendly red LED duo strip for enhanced visibility at night-time.

The new prime signs have been lowered for better visibility, making it easier for customers to view prices while on the road.

Shell Manet service station offers much more than just fuel. Other retail partners and offers at the station include a well-stocked convenience shop, quick service restaurants including finger-licking chicken by KFC, and South Indian cuisine by Sri Lankan restaurant The Station; Quick wash laundry services and Sesil ventures offering a wide range of services including steam car, engine and alloy rim detailing, and car body dent correction.

Speaking at the event, Kilai Muasya, Acting Managing Director of Vivo Energy Ghana, stated: “We are proud to unveil the newly revamped Shell Manet service station with a design that reflects our vision for the future of mobility and a dedication to serving the evolving needs of our customers. It’s a symbol of our commitment to innovation and excellence.’’

Kwame Mireku Asante, Retail Manager of Vivo Energy Ghana, expressed his enthusiasm for the launch. He noted: ” This launch is driven by a singular purpose: to enhance the customer journey by providing high-quality Shell-branded fuels and lubricants to our cherished customers across the country, with a strong non-fuel retail presence. We understand that in today’s fast-paced world, convenience, efficiency, and reliability are paramount, and we are proud to offer a facility that meets these needs.”

The Member of Parliament for Ledzokuku constituency, Hon. Benjamin Ayiku Nartey expressed his admiration for the new look of our service station stating: “The opening of Shell Manet service station marks a significant milestone for our community as we embrace progress. With great excitement, we celebrate this development, which is a step towards enhancing mobility.’’

Shell Manet is the latest addition to Vivo Energy Ghana’s portfolio of Shell-branded stations and reflects the company’s ongoing investment in meeting the ever-evolving needs of Ghanaian motorists.

The new visual identity signifies Shell’s forward-thinking approach to the evolving landscape of mobility whilst offering a range of high-quality non-fuel services thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
