Isaac Adongo, a member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central has broken his silence after he was snubbed by President John Dramani Mahama in his ministerial appointment.
According to Isaac Adongo, he was really expecting to be appointed minister by President John Mahama.
He revealed that President Mahama’s advisors thought he was above the position of Deputy Minister.
