As a result, he was present in the office without actively managing the accounts until his official takeover on December 23, 2024.
These clarifications come amid allegations of payroll inflation and the inclusion of “ghost names” in the disbursement of allowances for National Service Personnel. However, the NSA has already dismissed these claims as “extremely baseless and unfounded.” The authority also highlighted its ongoing efforts to prevent fraud, noting the implementation of robust electronic measures since 2021, which have generated significant cost savings.
