The Member of Parliament for Korle Klottey constituency, Hon. Dr. Zanetor Agyemang Rawlings, has paid tribute to the late H.E. Dr. Sam Nujoma, Namibia’s founding President. In a heartfelt message shared on her Facebook page, she honoured his legacy as a champion of freedom, unity, and progress.
“Honouring the legacy of a great African leader, today, I signed the book of condolences for H.E. Dr. Sam Nujoma. His dedication to freedom, unity and progress will forever inspire generations in Namibia and across the continent. May his soul rest in perfect peace.” She wrote.
Dr. Sam Nujoma, who led Namibia to independence in 1990, was a key figure in Africa’s liberation movements. His passing has drawn condolences from leaders and dignitaries across the world.
Dr. Zanetor Agyemang Rawlings, daughter of Ghanaian President, late Jerry John Rawlings, continues to uphold her father’s legacy of Pan-Africanism and solidarity with liberation struggles.
Dr. Zanetor Agyemang Rawlings joined other Ghanaian leaders today, February 24, 2025 to pay her last respect.
