Israeli embassy in Ghana lights up in orange to honour Hamas terror victims

The Israeli Embassy in Ghana and the official residence of H.E. Ambassador Roey Gilad were illuminated in orange last night in a solemn tribute to the murdered children of the Bibas family, Ariel and Kfir, as well as all victims of Hamas terrorism.

The symbolic gesture was part of a global effort to remember and honor the innocent lives lost to acts of terror.

In addition to the illumination, staff of Israel in Ghana observed a moment of silence to reflect on the tragedy and express solidarity with the bereaved families.

This underscored Israel’s commitment to raising awareness about the devastating impact of terrorism and the need for continued efforts toward peace and security.

The Israeli Embassy in Ghana continues to stand in solidarity with all those affected by acts of violence worldwide.
Six hostages set for release Saturday are expected to be the last living hostages freed during the ceasefire’s first phase.

They include Eliya Cohen, 27; Omer Shem Tov, 22; and Omer Wenkert, 23. All three were abducted from a music festival during the 7 October attack.

Tal Shoham, 40, who was taken from the community of Kibbutz Beeri, is also set to be released.
