I Would Have Leaked Some Dirty Secret About NPP But I’m Guided By The Oath Of Secrecy- NDC’s Sa-ad

Dr. Sa-ad Iddrisu, a newly appointed official in President Mahama’s administration, has made serious allegations of widespread corruption within the previous New Patriotic Party (NPP) government. His shocking claims have ignited a heated discussion throughout the nation.

In a Facebook post that has captured significant public interest, Dr. Iddrisu revealed that the extent of financial mismanagement he has encountered is astonishing.

“Sitting at the Finance Ministry and seeing what are in the books, Ghanaians have really been patient with the NPP in power and in opposition now. I would have poured out some data this morning, but we are guided by the oath of secrecy and confidentiality of office, and thus, one can’t pour out certain economic data publicly,” he stated.

His remarks have raised serious questions about the actual condition of Ghana’s economy. He further asserted that if the public truly grasped the financial chaos left by the Akufo-Addo administration, there would be a strong demand for immediate accountability.

“If Ghanaians actually knew the economic mess Ex-President Nana Addo and his NPP appointees left behind, we would all be advocating for a ‘fast track court’ to jail these ‘criminal’ masterminds,” Dr. Iddrisu alleged.

His comments have intensified calls for a comprehensive audit of the Finance Ministry’s records. While some citizens are urging the Mahama government to present evidence of misconduct, NPP supporters contend that Dr. Iddrisu’s statements are driven by political motives.

As tensions escalate, the pressing question remains—will Dr. Iddrisu divulge more information, or will his oath of secrecy keep these revelations under wraps? One thing is clear: this controversy is far from resolved.
