Security has been strengthened in Parliament with a perimeter at the entrance to the chamber to block suspended Members of Parliament (MPs) from gaining access.
According to JoyNews’ parliamentary correspondent, Kwaku Asante, the security was heightened ahead of Tuesday’s proceedings.
He stated that the move aims not only to prevent the suspended MPs but also to stop non-MPs from entering the chamber.
