Jonathan Abdallah Salifu, the Upper East Regional Communications Officer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has explained that while the NDC enjoys a strong majority in Parliament, the extensive pool of skilled and experienced members has led to tough decisions regarding ministerial assignments.
