Akufo-Addo conferred with France’s Grand Officier de la Légion d’Honneur

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was on Thursday, November 14, conferred with the prestigious title of Grand Officier de la Légion d’Honneur by the President of the French Republic.

This distinguished honour was awarded during an official state visit to France.

The Grand Officier de la Légion d’Honneur is one of the highest ranks within France’s Légion d’Honneur, an order of merit established in 1802 by Napoleon Bonaparte.
