The High Court has scheduled December 27, 2024, to address a lawsuit filed by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) challenging the Electoral Commission’s (EC) decision to re-collate and re-declare parliamentary results in nine disputed constituencies.The NDC argues that the EC has acted beyond its legal powers, describing the re-collation process as procedurally improper.
