Leicester City and Ghana forward Fatawu Issahaku was spotted celebrating with his teammates after their 3-1 win over West Ham on Tuesday, December 4, 2024.
Ruud van Nistelrooy’s first game in charge of Leicester saw them defeat West Ham United 3-1 at the King Power Stadium, ending a run of three straight defeats.
After the game, despite being injured and walking with the aid of crutches, Issahaku was seen in a video alongside his Leicester teammates in the tunnel as they made their way to the dressing room.
Issahaku has two assists in the Premier League and, until his injury, led the league in successful dribbles.
The Ghanaian forward sustained an injury during Ghana’s 2025 AFCON qualifier against Angola and has been ruled out for the remainder of the season. His last appearance for Leicester was in their 3-0 defeat at Old Trafford.
