The exercise which began at 7: o’clock in the morning has been going on smoothly, with many Ghanaians applauding the Electoral Commission for the good work.
But photos of the thumbprint ballot papers from the Special Voting have got many Ghanaians worried on social media platforms. The photos which were shared by Accra-based Adom FM on its verified Facebook page, sparked massive outrage among Ghanaians.
The move is against the rules and regulations governing elections in the country and was not expected from the special voters. Ghanaians have thronged the comments section of Adom FM to express their displeasure.
