Drawing inspiration from scriptures such as Daniel 2:21—“He removes kings and sets up kings”—and Proverbs 29:2, which highlights the joy of the people under righteous leadership, Archbishop Agyinasare emphasized that governance and politics are deeply spiritual matters.
“If God sets up kings and removes them, then He is undoubtedly interested in Ghana’s leadership and politics,” he declared.
With passion and urgency, the Archbishop outlined key prayer points, calling on God to:
- Appoint a righteous leader who will be a blessing to the nation.
- Deliver Ghana from selfish rulers seeking to exploit resources.
