Asante Kotoko has unveiled a new sporting hierarchy following recent changes aimed at boosting the team’s operational framework.
The club announced the structural changes via a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, November 28, 2024.
The updated organogram includes the Head of Sporting Affairs, the Technical Director, and the Head Coach.
Club legends James Kwasi Appiah and Malik Jabir have been appointed as the Head of Sporting Affairs and Technical Director, respectively.
The duo will provide guidance and support to Head Coach Prosper Ogum Narteh in his duties.
These changes mean the club’s organisational structure now consists of an Interim Management Committee (IMC), a Head of Sporting Affairs, a Technical Director, and a Head Coach.
