This is in line with the manifesto of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to empower women through the Women Development Bank
The fund is expected to assist the women to establish their own micro businesses and expand their base with time.
He said this when he addressed some women during a campaign tour at Nkroful in the Western Region.
The Ellembelle MP said his office had designed a database of beneficiaries and assured the women that the money was ready for distribution.
