Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has expressed concerns over the Supreme Court’s recent ruling regarding the Speaker’s declaration of vacant parliamentary seats.The ruling came after a petition by Alexander Afenyo-Markin, the Member of Parliament for Efutu.
