‘The judgement of the court regarding the vacant seat saga is not anticipated’ – Frank Davies

Frank Davies was recently Interviewed on Joy Prime TV and he opened up about a lot of things. Speaking during the Interview, Frank Davies revealed that the judgement given regarding the vacant seat controversy by the court is not anticipated. He stated that they were given the opportunity to present their statement of case before the court but they didn’t do it.

“There were given the opportunity to present their statement of case before the court but they didn’t do that. They didn’t do that, you think the judges should have waited for the speaker? And then when the judgement of the court is rendered you say it’s anticipated, how can that be anticipated? That is why I’m saying it’s wrong, that is why you have two judges at the same time. That is why you have two judges on the panel even though there was no statement of case from the defendant, it can not be anticipated, it is the judgement of the court, don’t say that”.
“Listen to me, even without them filing a case, the five other justices would have held that the interpretation was in favor of the speaker, so that is not an anticipated judgement. It is the court’s decision, it is the majority’s decision 5:2 so you can’t say it is anticipated, no it is wrong to say that”, Frank Davies said.
