Despite it being a working day, residents in the Akrofuom and Obuasi enclave on Tuesday accorded the Vice President and flag-bearer of the NPP, Dr Mahamodu Bawumia a rousing welcome when the latter toured the enclave to commence his campaign for election 2024.
Clad in their various NPP t-shirts with some bearing the portrait of Dr Bawumia as well as others that had the portrait Bawumia and their respective parliamentary candidates, the youthful elements sang and danced to welcome the NPP flagbearer and his entourage.
