What You Are Doing Will Not Help The Country – Kennedy Agyapong To The Media

The member of parliament for the good people of Assin Central Constituency, Honorable Kennedy Agyapong has appeared in the headlines again over his recent interview granted on UTV (UTV is one of the most vibrant media stations in Ghana). Honorable Kennedy Agyapong in the interview, expressed his dissatisfaction with some of the activities going on in Ghana that do not help to lift the good image of the country.
According to Honorable Kennedy Agyapong, he’s committed to speaking the truth about everything and he will not allow the media to distort the sanity of our Ghanaian politics. Honorable Kennedy Agyapong has warned the media to be objective in dealings and not to side with any political parties. He emphasizes the need for the media to remain neutral in matters involving politics.
Speaking further, Honorable Kennedy Agyapong is of the view that, some of the media personnel who are politicizing issues are not helping the country to develop on the global front.
” I will tell you the truth and I don’t care about what you will say after me. What you are doing is not as good as the media. You the the masterpiece of the people as well as those in Government. If your job execution is poor, the country will also be poor. Also, if the execution of your work is good, then we will have a better Ghana. The media is expected to be objective and stay neutral in politics”. – Kennedy Agyapong stated
