Opera is once again delighted to share the list of hundreds of authors rewarded for taking part in the monthly challenges.
In October 2024, there were FOUR exciting challenges and reward programmes for dedicated authors on Opera News Hub and MiniPay with thousands of shillings to be won!
Authors were required to simply top the Most Published challenge for a GHS600 cash reward; get their $5 deposit on MiniPay matched with a $5; earn 2% weekly yields for savings held on MiniPay; and share their MiniPay experiences for another $5! Imagine all that in one month!
Challenge 1: Most Published Challenge
Below is the list of winners who earned between GSH600 – GSH400 for their articles published in the month of October 2024, having met the selection criteria. A few other authors who fell short of the selection criteria were also encouraged with between GSH300 – GSH100

Challenge 2: Double Deposit Challenge

Challenge 3: Weekly Yields
Do you know you can earn good returns by simply saving the cash you have earned on MiniPay?
In the MiniPay WEEKLY yield October programme, over 1,000 authors earned interests of up to $25 simply by saving at least $5 on MiniPay and publishing at least 20 articles on Opera News Hub.

Challenge 4: MiniPay Promotion Challenge
This was arguably the most exciting of them all. Authors had a task to interact with MiniPay and share how the platform, especially saving and transacting USDT, impacted them.
Authors heeded the call and shared their experiences, with 16 of them winning $10 (in USDT) each from the challenge!
