In today’s recipe, I will share with you how I made my fresh pineapple juice.

Pineapple juice is rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals. It’s especially packed with manganese, copper, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which play important roles in the proper functioning of the human body.

This recipe can be prepared within 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 Pineapple

1 piece of ginger

1 medium lemon

1/2 cup of sugar

Water

Instructions:

1. Start by thoroughly washing the pineapple, ginger, and lemon. Peel the ginger and pineapple, then cut the pineapple into small pieces.

2. Massage the lemon to release the juices; this will make it easier to extract the juice. Strain the lemon to extract the juice.

Preparation:

1. In a pan, add the pineapple peels, enough water, and sugar. Heat on medium until it boils. Note: the sweeter your pineapple, the less sugar you need. You can also use honey.

2. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool.

3. In a blender, add the sliced pineapple and ginger, water, and blend until smooth.

4. Strain the blended pineapple and add the lemon juice. Also, strain the boiled pineapple peels.

5. Combine the blended juice and boiled juice, stirring until well mixed. Let it cool, then refrigerate.

Your pineapple juice is now ready to enjoy. It’s very easy to make!
