The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is determined to secure the Amenfi Central Constituency seat despite facing political challenges and underlying disagreements within its ranks, as well as opposition from the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In a proactive move, the NDC has initiated legal proceedings at the Sekondi High Court, seeking a hearing on November 7th.
