Hajia Fatahiya Abdul Aziz commissioning the community center in Savelugu
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for the Savelugu Constituency, Hajia Fatahiya Abdul Aziz, has commissioned a community center for Savelugu in the Northern Region.
The construction of the ultramodern community center is a promise fulfilled by the NPP PC.
Hajia Abdul Aziz also cut sod for the construction of an astroturf for the Savelugu Municipality.
At a short ceremony, she indicated that the commissioning of the community center will provide the people of Savelugu with a space for skill development and community engagement.
According to her, the community center will also be used for community gatherings and social activities.
She noted that the astroturf will encourage physical training, nurture local talents and create jobs for the youth when completed.
Hajia Abdul Aziz used the occasion to appeal to residents to maintain the community center for the benefit of Savelugu and its environs.
She also urged constituents to vote for a development oriented candidate who would ensure that the Constituency gets its share of the national cake.
She encouraged voters in Savelugu to vote for her and the NPP flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia come December 7, while assuring them that she would do everything possible to bring massive developmental projects to the constituency when elected as the Member of Parliament (MP).
