All you need to know about the new ‘Wee’ political party in Ghana

A new political party called the “Wee Political Party” has been formed in Ghana. The party’s leader, who goes by the title “His Excellency President Wee Teacher,” claims that prosperity for Ghanaians can only be achieved under his leadership.

Speaking from the self-declared “Kantamanto Wee Constituency,” he criticized Ghanaians for repeatedly voting either the New Patriotic Party (NPP) or the National Democratic Congress (NDC) into power. “God says he doesn’t want any anger, so a wee government should come to power this time. Whether Ghanaians like it or not, the wee government is coming to power. We call our party the wee party,” he proclaimed.

The new party’s message suggests a break from traditional politics, aiming to offer an alternative to the two major parties that have dominated Ghanaian politics.
