The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Dr George Akuffo Dampare and the Police Management Board (POMAB) have expressed their gratitude to all Police officers who played diverse roles in providing security during the African Union (AU)summit.
The 45th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council and the 6th meeting of the 2024 Africa Union Commission (AUC) was held from 17th July to 21st July 2024 in Accra.
Asistant Commissioner of Police Grace Ansah-Akrofu, Director, Public Affairs, Ghana Police Service in a statement issued on Monday stated that “We are grateful to you for your professionalism and patriotic commitment to duty.”
She also thanked all motorists, the commuting public and all other road users for your patience and cooperation during the period.
