Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho, has accused the party’s Communications Director, Sammy Gyamfi, of damaging the reputation of the party’s flagbearer, John Mahama.
In a post on X, he berated Mr Gyamfi for allegedly damaging Mr Mahama’s political campaign. Mr Anyidoho did not indicate the exact reasons for his claim. Neither did he provide evidence to back his claim except a video where Mr Gyamfi and his wife are seen spending time together.
“When I was seeing the signs & warning them, they organized urchins to be insulting me. JM & his family created this monster who is now eating them up. This guy has irreparably damaged JMs already floundering campaign. I shed no tears for JM. We shall soon know the real traitors,” he wrote.
Sammy Gyamfi, has been accused a section of members of the NDC of blowing party cash meant for the communications office.
In a video he is seen with the wife, the duo are said to have embarked on a lavish trip to Miami, Florida, where they are seen treating themselves to good and expensive wines and food whose prices are mind-blowing.
