Over 500 residents of Woe benefit from free medical outreach and health insurance enrollment

More than 500 residents of Woe in the Anloga District of the Volta Region have benefited from a free medical outreach and free health insurance enrollment by the Hossan Church of All Nations (HOSCOAN).

The residents were screened for high blood pressure, temperature, weight, and other ailments.

The medical outreach, organized by the church in collaboration with the Anloga District Health Directorate, was part of the official launching of the church at Woe.

Speaking at the outreach held at the church’s premises, Rev. Dr. Wisdom Ahadzie, in an interview with Adom News, said the program is part of the church’s social corporate responsibility to give back to the society free of charge.

He expressed the church’s commitment to continue providing free medical outreach for residents in the area.

The cleric, however, said there is a need for the government to implement a strategy to take care of the senior citizens of the country.

Some of the beneficiaries who spoke to Adom News thanked Rev. Dr. Wisdom Ahadzie and the Hossan Church of All Nations at Woe in the Anloga District for the kind gesture.
