The staff of ‘Aduro y3 Herbal Center’, producers of Obuasi bitters, have expressed their admiration for their Chief Executive Officer, Collins Amo.
Over 500 staff members lauded the CEO for his leadership style and philanthropic efforts during a brief ceremony held at the company’s premises to celebrate his birthday.
The staff presented gifts to the CEO, acknowledging the significant contributions of the young, burgeoning businessman to their lives. Collins Amo is recognized for employing a majority of the youth from Obuasi and neighbouring communities, an achievement that has earned him praise from the local authority in Obuasi and other districts.
Staff members who spoke to the media on the sidelines of the birthday celebrations commended him for enhancing the community’s livelihoods.
They also revealed that his ability to unite the workers and refrain from discrimination is a trait that has endeared him to the workforce.
“Our boss does not discriminate against anybody. He mingles so well with the drivers, labourers, and the rest of the staff. This is why our company is growing from strength to strength.”
Collins Amo, the CEO of Obuasi Gringo bitters, encouraged the country’s youth to maintain high aspirations for success in life.
He stated that this can be achieved by believing in their abilities and assuming responsibilities.
He attributed the success of his company, one of the fastest-growing bitters in Ghana, to collaboration and hard work. He expressed confidence in his workers’ abilities, praising them for their considerable efforts and sacrifices that have propelled the company to its current position.
Mr. Amo also advised emerging businesses to prioritize their customers’ interests above all else.
He said, “Customers are always right, so it is important to take feedback from them and work around it.”
