A famous Ghanaian rapper named Jay Bahd has said that pot (or marijuana) is like a blood tonic. He emphasized that using marijuana is not inherently evil.

In an interview with Ghpage’s Rush Hour Show, the ‘Odo’ singer firmly said that cannabis should be considered a “blood tonic” because of its purported advantages, especially in improving hunger and sleep.

Marijuana, according to Jay Bahd, makes people hungrier, which leads to better eating habits.

The rapper continued by blatantly supporting marijuana’s recreational usage and establishing a link between the herb and heavenly knowledge.

Since he thinks that everything was made for human consumption, he sees criticizing marijuana usage as asking whether God is wise.

As a reminder, Jay Bahd, whose real name is Jackson Kwadwo Bawuah, is a famous rapper, singer, and composer from Ghana.

He is a founding member of the Kumerica movement and the Asakaa Boys, a group hailing from Kumasi that popularized drill music and other forms of “Asakaa” music.

Jay Bahd originally gained notoriety as a featured artist on Yaw Tog’s smash single “Sore,” which featured O’kenneth, City Boy, and Reggie, among others.
